    Stats

This was the U13 Team's first season game of the year and their first game playing in U14A division. The score does not reflect that although the team was playing against older opponents, they still had several shots on goal with a couple near scores. The U13 team is looking forward to using this season as a learning experince that will sharpen their skills and improve their team style game. The opponent would have scored more if not for the great efforts of the team with Eric Fluck having 8 saves as goalie in the first half and Luke Pitcher having five saves as goalie in the second half. Overall the entire U13 team played their hearts out and left with the respect of the opponent U14A team.

    Stats

The U13 Team came out ready to play and ended up tieing the opponent U14A Team 2 goals each. We had goals from Ross Benedict and Takis Bletsis with supporting Assists from Mitchell Gauger and Garrett Baldini. Adam Gray lead the first half defense in Goal with six saves and Travis Garber was Goalie the second half with four saves. Again the entire U13 Team played a great game and had the opposing coach and opposing teams respect for how well a U13 Team could hold their own against a U14A Team that was much older and larger.

    Stats

The Kokomo U13 Team did not let the older U14A Team have any time to rest as they played a great game which resulted in a 2 all tie. The younger smaller U13 team continued to pursue and win balls the entire game including many great defensive efforts as well as offensive team passing efforts. The teams hustle and focus on team soccer allowed them to compete at the older level. Goals were scored by Peter Caven and Ryan Hurst with an assist from Matthew Crane. Adam Gray was in Goal the first half and had Six Saves and Luke Pitcher was in Goal the second half with Six Saves. Once again the Kokomo U13 Team played a great soccer game at the U14A level and left with a moral victory tieing the larger and older opposing U14A team.

    Stats

This was the U13's Team second game against Lawerence Park this season. The Team played another great game that was an improvement over the prior time we played this team. Although we had more shots on goal this time, we were still held scoreless. However, we held them to half as many goals and controlled more of the game which in itself gave the team a sense of victory. The team displayed that to compete with the larger older kids they must work together and that they did. There were many great defensive contributions that were lead by Luke Pitcher in Goal the first half with five saves and Josh Marrah in Goal the second half also with five saves. The score again did not reflect that the U13 Team played their hearts out to compete with the older and larger U14A Team.

    Stats

Goals: Matthew Crane, Garrett Baldini, Mitchell Gauger Assists: Mitchell Gauger Saves: Josh Marrah 5, Luke Pitcher 5 Game Summary: The score does not reflect that the Kokomo Renegades U13 Team controlled the ball during the game, they played one of the best games ever by passing and controlling the ball. Unfortunately, the other team had one player that was much bigger and powered his way to score all of their goals. Although the final score does not indicate that Kokomo won the game with total number of goals, all other game stats including time of ball possesion and ball control clearly had our team on top. Another great game by the U13 Team playing the larger and older U14 opponent ending up with the other teams respect. After the game, the officials even commented that our team out played the other older and larger team.

    Stats

Stats: Luke Pitcher - 11 saves Summary: Once again the final score does not represent the great game that the U13 team played against the older and bigger U14 opponent. The team passed the ball well and actually had possession of the ball more than half the game and had several shots on goal. The coach of the other team congratulated our coaching staff on how well our team played which was shared with the players. Our U13 team should continue to be proud of how well they are playing in the U14A division.

Stats: Eric Fluck Saves - 19 Summary: Our Team did not stop playing even when out powered by the older and bigger opponent. Noblesville coach and players commented that our Team played a great game and our Coaching Staffing also supported those comments. Our younger smaller team continues to play great soccer despite the odds of playing against older and bigger oponents.

We continue to play great soccer against the older and bigger opponents, these games although difficult are providing the team with valuable experience that will help us greatly in future seasons and tournaments.
