Minutes from ref/captain meeting on June 3, 2004
We're starting to prepare for the summer 2004 Adult League.
April 23rd - $100 non-refundable team deposit to hold a spot for your team. This will be applied to your overall team fee.
May 20th - Final Roster, t-shirt orders and all team monies due.
June 7th - League play begins. Games played on Mondays and Thursdays.
Captains will be responsible for getting the 1" x 1" color head shots of team members and signatures for the player pass cards.
Teams are to be limited to 25 players.
I will not know what the final team fee is until I know how many teams are playing but it should be close to last years fees. If you know you will definitely have a team, please let me know ASAP so that I may start planning.
If you are anyone you know is willing to help organize the league or be responsible for any portion of it, please let me know.
It looks like we will have at least four teams again this year. The player fee changed to $25 per player but they dropped the $60 team fee.
Here is what we're looking at for fees:
4 teams with 10 games per team = $750 team fee plus $25 per player
5 teams with 10 games per team = $700 team fee plus $25 per player
6 teams with 10 games per team = $667 team fee plus $25 per player
T-shirts will be $10 each.
Don't forget to start collecting 1" x 1" color head shots of each of your players.
I don't expect the rules to change from last season. They should still be posted on the web for you and your team members to review.
Don't forget your $100 non-refundable team deposit is due April 23rd. Please make your check out to the Kokomo Soccer Club and in the Memo section include KASL - "Your Team Name".
