A Friend Has Passed

Kokomo Soccer Club is mourning the loss of one of its most devoted volunteers and one of soccer's greatest fans.  Sometime during the day of March 19th, Grady Hachet suffered a heart attack and was not able to be revived.  He will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, faithful coach, tireless Field Maintenance Director, and dependable Board Member for the Kokomo Soccer Club.  Grady's love for the game of soccer was evident in every area of his life and his impact on the sport of soccer in Howard County cannot be measured.  He spent countless hours working at the Soccer Club maintaining the fields, coaching players and cheering for others.  He was an ardent fan of MLS teams and the US soccer team.

Thank you for your tireless effort and unending support, Grady.  You will be sorely missed.

Kokomo Soccer Club, its Board Members, coaches and parents wish to convey its most heart-felt condolences to the Hachet family during their time of grieving.

Please join me in praying for this family.

PLEASE NOTE - First National Bank in keeping with the wishes of the family has set up a scholarship fund so that donations can be made for Robert and Sarah in Grady's memory.

Donations can be dropped off at any First National Bank.  Checks should be made out to Debra Hachet with "Robert and Sarah" in the Memo.
